Rooted in nature · Guided by compassion · Restored from within
At the Healing Ground, my approach is inspired by naturopathy and guided by a holistic understanding of health, where the body, mind, emotions, nervous system, lifestyle, and environment are all deeply interconnected.
This vision is also deeply personal. My own journey through illness, healing, and inner transformation taught me that true well-being cannot be approached only through the physical body. Symptoms often carry a story. They may speak of stress, emotional patterns, life transitions, unresolved experiences, or protective mechanisms we developed long before we understood them.
Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, I look at the person as a whole. This may include exploring nutrition, lifestyle habits, vital hygiene, natural techniques, stress regulation, emotional well-being, and the body's innate capacity to restore balance. Academic medicine also holds an essential place in this vision: holistic support is not here to replace medical care, but to complement it with a broader, more integrative perspective.
A central part of my work is the gentle exploration of the emotional and nervous system patterns that may be connected to physical symptoms. Long-term stress, unresolved emotions, early life experiences, and protective patterns can leave an imprint on the body and influence how we experience health today.
Through a space of presence, compassion, and gentle inquiry, we explore not only what is happening in the body, but also what the body may be expressing. This process invites greater awareness, self-understanding, and a deeper reconnection with the parts of ourselves that may have been ignored, silenced, or in survival mode for many years.
The intention of this work is to support you in reconnecting with your body, understanding yourself more fully, and moving toward greater balance, clarity, vitality, and inner freedom.
A holistic session to explore your health history, lifestyle, digestion, sleep, stress, energy, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
We build a full picture of where you are today, then shape a plan around natural techniques and lifestyle shifts that fit your life — alongside your existing medical care, not instead of it.
Support to nourish your body with balanced, practical, plant-based meals adapted to your needs.

Researcher Dr. Kelly Turner studied over 1,000 cases of unexpected cancer recovery. Across interviews with survivors and healers on six continents, nine factors kept surfacing — regardless of diagnosis or culture.
Cutting back sharply on sugar, red meat, and processed foods, shifting toward vegetables, fruit, and whole grains — with intention behind each meal.
Becoming an active participant — asking questions, seeking second opinions, researching options — shifting from passive patient to informed partner.
Trusting a quiet inner sense about treatments, practitioners, or timing — noticing gut feelings alongside medical advice, not instead of it.
Incorporating herbal or supplement regimens alongside medical treatment — always checked against possible interactions with an oncologist first.
Identifying old, buried emotions — grief, anger, fear — and expressing rather than suppressing them. One of the most commonly cited factors.
Deliberately cultivating joy, love, and laughter — not forced positivity, but making room for genuine moments of lightness.
Strong, honest relationships where what matters is the quality of connection — feeling truly seen, not just surrounded by people.
A felt connection to something beyond the illness itself — through religion, nature, meditation, or a personal sense of meaning.
A clear, personal sense of purpose — a person to stay for, a project, a calling — consistently present among survivors studied.
Developed by physician Dr. Gabor Maté, Compassionate Inquiry gently explores how unprocessed emotion, stress, and early experience can show up in the body — including in physical illness. It's often especially useful alongside factors 5 and 6 above.
